Recruitment FAQs

Our hiring process will give both of us the opportunity to ensure we are a good match.

The process begins with the application and hopefully ends with an accepted offer.

In between, our team will walk you through each step, from Bedford introductions through to signing an offer letter with the ultimate goal of setting you up for success at Bedford Consulting.

It’s typically a three-step process:

  • Step 1 is an informal screening call, where we get to know each other
  • Step 2 is a technical assessment and interview, it’s a chance for you to showcase your Anaplan knowledge and technical skills
  • Step 3 is a panel interview with our CCO, Head of Enablement and Head of People Operations, with a focus on alignment with Bedford’s values

Our values are important to us and embracing our values will ensure that you’re able to succeed in your new role. So be yourself and relax. Prepare questions that you’d like to ask us. Consider why you will be the best candidate for the role.

We try to make a final decision within a few business days. Successful candidates will be made an offer and will be asked for references and undergo a background check, employment contracts are issued on the successful results of these checks.
